I am not your typical “life coach”. My approach is rooted in my 16 years of experience as a trauma-certified licensed mental health counselor AND years of personal healing journey, details of which I share with you every step of the way.
I know that just talking about things and “knowing” what to do doesn’t lead to your desired results, but delving deep into subconscious limiting beliefs and deep emotional imprints does - and I never would have gotten to this place on my own.
I can tell you from personal experience that this process goes much faster when you have someone by your side, guiding you through it all, someone who has been there themselves.
My journey took me through quitting my secure job to open up a business, just to have it halted by the COVID pandemic.
Just as I was beginning to pivot this path and re-working how I offered my services, my son went through a significant medical trauma resulting in 2 weeks hospital stay and brain surgery.
During this time, I could have easily given it all up, felt sorry for myself and my circumstance, went back to that same “secure job”, which my soul knew was not right for me.

Instead, I seeked out help. I found coaches who guided me to dig deep, deal with all the emotions I was trying to stuff down, to do this deep transformational work, to walk through the uncomfortable.

And that is what I am going to do for you! I walked the walk and now I will walk by your side to help you navigate this journey.

Understand your unique spiritual path: Discover what Spirituality means personally to you, so you can have a sense of peace, calm, and freedom in your life. I will help you create your own rituals and routines. So, if you don’t want to meditate for 3 hours a day, you don’t have to! We will find what feels the most aligned for you.

We will meet for weekly Sessions every Wednesday from 6-8 pm​

Each session will begin with creating sacred space, so you can connect with yourself and clear all the “BS” you come in with from the days before, release all the weight you’ve been carrying, set yourself up for a thriving week ahead

Connect with like-minded women who will support and encourage you with the energy of grace and compassion. This creates such a great environment to form genuine friendships - we all know how difficult it is to find friends as adults, especially when you begin a healing journey and people start “falling away”

Receive guidance related to the topic of each session, so you feel fully supported and safe

Group chat support in between sessions - with myself and each other, so when things come up in between sessions, you are not left to fend on your own and have real-time support to handle things faster and with ease
