Guided Inner Renewal
A 90-Day Journey

A faith-rooted, structured space for women ready to build inner authority, spiritual maturity, and nervous system steadiness.

  • There comes a point on the healing path where doing more no longer helps.

  • You may have already done therapy, personal growth work, or years of inner reflection — and yet something still feels unsettled. Not broken, not wrong, just unresolved.

  • You’re craving steadiness, clarity, and integration rather than another push for transformation.

  • Guided Inner Renewal was created for this season.

  • This is not a high-intensity coaching program or a promise of becoming a new version of yourself.

  • It is a grounded, relational container where you are supported as you learn to stay present with yourself, release what no longer fits, and allow something deeper to take shape.

This journey is for you if:

  • You feel emotionally or spiritually tired from striving and self-improvement

  • You’ve done a lot of inner work and are ready for integration, not intensity

  • You want guidance and support without pressure to “fix” yourself

  • You feel called to slow down and listen more carefully to what’s unfolding within you

  • You want to feel steadier, more grounded, and more at ease in your life

  • This journey is not about forcing clarity or chasing outcomes. It’s about learning how to be with yourself — honestly, gently, and consistently.

I am not your average coach or healer.

My work is not surface-level motivation or endless emotional processing. It is identity-level recalibration rooted in faith, embodiment, and disciplined leadership.

I am a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a background as a trauma-certified mental health counselor, bringing over 16 years of experience in emotional and spiritual integration.

But my authority was not built by credentials alone.
It was forged through surrender.

I have walked through infertility, postpartum anxiety, trauma of my son’s brain surgery, and am currently navigating a high-conflict divorce.

I have faced uncertainty that stripped away control, grief that reshaped my faith, and seasons that demanded I either fragment — or mature.

I chose maturity.

Those experiences did not just “teach” me healing.
They built my nervous system capacity.
They deepened my relationship with Christ.
They clarified my standards.
They refined my leadership.

I learned that true healing is not about circling your wounds indefinitely.
It is about integrating them so they no longer run your life.

It is about regulating your body so your spirit can lead.
It is about taking responsibility for your growth.
It is about obedience when it stretches you.

This journey requires courage.
It requires humility.
It requires discipline.

And it accelerates when you are guided by someone who has walked through fire without losing faith.

When you work with me, we do not bypass pain — we integrate it.
We do not glorify struggle — we build capacity.
We do not chase empowerment — we establish authority.

I will walk with you, but I will not rescue you.
I will challenge you, regulate with you, and call you forward.

Because you are not fragile.
You are becoming powerful.

And you do not need saving.
You need alignment, standards, and the willingness to rise

What Makes This Different?

  • Most coaching and healing programs focus on breakthroughs, goals, or dramatic transformation.

  • This work focuses on formation.

  • Guided Inner Renewal is not about chasing the next breakthrough. It is about becoming the kind of woman who can hold expansion without fragmentation.

  • We are not asking, “How do I change as fast as possible?”         We are asking:

  • How do I build the capacity to stay anchored when life stretches me?

  • What patterns am I ready to take responsibility for releasing?

  • How do I regulate my body so my spirit can lead?

  • What standards must I establish so I stop overriding myself?

  • How do I move forward with discipline instead of urgency?

  • This is not rushed work.

  • It is structured, intentional recalibration.

  • You will be guided into maturity — spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

  • The pace is steady.

  • The expectations are clear.

  • The support is grounded.

How we’ll work together:

Our time together is relational, steady, and responsive — not prescriptive.

Sessions may include:

  • Deep listening and reflection

  • Grounding and nervous-system support

  • Gentle, consent-based guidance

  • Space to process emotions, questions, or transitions

  • Support in noticing what brings peace and what creates resistance

This is not therapy, and it’s not about advice-giving. It’s about learning how to remain present and grounded as your inner life continues to unfold.

What you may experience:

Every journey is different. Some women report:

  • Feeling calmer and more grounded in daily life

  • Greater emotional steadiness

  • Increased clarity around boundaries, values, or direction

  • A deeper sense of trust in themselves and the process they’re in
